Compound Care Rx Plus is owned by Lance and Kim Idleman. Owning a pharmacy has been a dream of Lances even before he became a pharmacist. In 2016, his dream became a reality when he and his wife Kim purchased Hanger Drugs in Jeffersonville, IN.
Owner, Lance Idleman, RPh has been a practicing pharmacist for over 20 years. Lance's first job was at an independent pharmacy in his home town, Noble, OK. He quickly saw the positive impact that a pharmacist had on the community. He knew then, that his calling was to be a pharmacist. Lance attended and graduated from the University of Oklahoma where he earned his pharmacy degree.
Bland Hance, PharmD, RPh graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016. He has been with Compound Care Pharmacy for 3 years and one of his specialties is helping patients find natural solutions to their symptoms . Bland learned to be the pharmacist he is today by watching his mother and aunt run their own pharmacy for 15 years. In his free time, Bland enjoys being with family, his dog Bella and golfing.
Chris Lutz, RPh, graduated from the University Of Kentucky College Of Pharmacy in 1988 and has practiced pharmacy in Louisville since February 1988. He and his wife, Carol, have been married 33 years and have 2 adult children: Eric (wife Jessica) and Kelli and stay busy with their four grandchildren: Sadie, Lainey, Joseph and Logan. He plays Senior Softball with the Louisville Legacy and enjoys antiquing and is a resident of Lake Forest and attends Southeast Christian Church. Working in an independent pharmacy helps him connect to his pharmacy roots for his father previously owned an independent pharmacy.
Katrina Lashley, R.Ph., has a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She has over 23 years of experience as a pharmacist and joined the Compound Care Rx Plus team in 2012. Katrina finds that the personalized care and fresh perspective that a compounding pharmacy is able to provide patients and prescribers makes for a fulfilling career. She resides in Buckner, KY with her husband and 3 children and enjoys traveling and volunteering in the school community.
